9 hour, two or three session seminar. Determine the pros and cons of being an entrepreneur, and define the first steps. Covers the basics of a business plan, marketing, cash planning. Suitable for those thinking about or in the early start-up phase of a new business who wish to assess the feasibility of their idea and take first steps.

New VenturesTM

60-hour course, one day/week, 10 - 12 weeks. In-depth coverage of topics such as: your customer, competition, marketing, record keeping, taxes, legal aspects, financing, and operations. Results in a written business plan. Class size is limited to 15. An application and interview are required.
